As a passionate yoga teacher, I successfully completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. In May 2025, I will deepen my journey with the 300-hour training in Goa, India.
For the past two years, I have been teaching yoga with heart and dedication: Power Yoga and Yin Yoga in fitness centers, private personal training, as well as yoga for children in schools.
Yoga can help you improve your flexibility, relieve back pain, find inner peace, and lead a more balanced life. Through meditation, you can calm your thoughts and bring more positivity into your everyday life.
