Boxing & GRL PWR
Since 2022, I have been working as a Boxing Coach – in schools, in personal training, and privately.
With over 10 years of personal training experience, I am especially passionate about introducing the world of boxing to children and women.
Boxing is more than just fitness: it promotes strength, self-confidence, and mental resilience. As an effective full-body workout, it helps you develop both physically and mentally.
In addition, I created the GRL PWR course to empower and strengthen girls and women through boxing.
